What’s the most fun way to exercise?

I’ll always prefer hiking for exercise, even if my body disagrees.

The older I get, the more my body hates exercise.

But hiking is my happy place. Hiking puts me in nature. It brings me to center.

This last weekend, I went on a hike with my youngest. It was a small hike, on flat ground, and barely in the mountains. But, it was just what I needed to start the week off right, to ground myself, and to re-center my emotions.

Need some time? Take a hike, or at least a walk.
