Releasing Negativity

Begin by finding a comfortable seated position and gently closing your eyes. Take a few deep breaths, inhaling deeply through your nose and exhaling slowly through your mouth. Allow yourself to relax and settle into this present moment.

Now, bring your awareness to any areas of tension or discomfort in your body. With each inhale, imagine drawing in a sense of calm and peace. With each exhale, imagine releasing any negativity or tension you may be holding onto.

As you breathe deeply, visualize a bright light shining down from above, surrounding you with warmth and positivity. Allow this light to permeate every cell of your being, filling you with a sense of lightness and clarity.

With each breath, imagine letting go of any negative thoughts, emotions, or sensations that no longer serve you. Visualize them dissolving into the light, leaving you feeling cleansed and rejuvenated.

Now, bring your attention to your heart center. Visualize a beautiful flower blooming within your heart, radiating love and compassion. With each breath, feel this love expanding outward, filling the space around you and enveloping you in a warm embrace.

As you continue to breathe deeply, repeat the following affirmations silently to yourself:

  • I release all negativity and embrace positivity.
  • I am worthy of love and happiness.
  • I let go of what no longer serves me and welcome positivity into my life.

Allow these affirmations to sink into your subconscious mind, planting seeds of positivity and empowerment. Know that you have the power to let go of negativity and create a life filled with joy and abundance.

Take a few more deep breaths, feeling a sense of lightness and freedom wash over you. When you’re ready, gently open your eyes and return to the present moment, carrying this sense of positivity with you throughout your day.
