Early-stage business vision

Business vision implies that I’ve had time to sit down and hash out what I want. I have not had that time, but I also have ideas of what I would like. I want my business to help people. To help them heal, to help them find themselves. Western medicine has its place and its uses, but so do spirituality, crystals, vibrations, and the like.

Healing as service, not hustle

I absolutely deserve to make money for my time. I know this, but this business wouldn’t be about becoming rich. It’s about helping others to heal physically, mentally, emotionally, and stay that way. It’s giving to others what I didn’t have for myself.

Time for some honest truth

I have spent three days trying to write this post. The other posts in this series have just poured out of me. This one hasn’t. There are supposed to be two more sections. There are supposed to be more words in the first two sections.

I have a feeling that I am having difficulty with this one because I have a lack of faith in myself to actually build a viable business. Imagining, thinking out, and/or planning something your brain keeps telling you will never happen isn’t easy. In fact, it gives me panic attacks and mental breakdowns.

This adjustment isn’t about having a fully formed business plan or knowing exactly how this will look. It’s about admitting that the desire is there, even if the confidence isn’t yet. Right now, the work is building trust in myself, trusting that my desire to help others is valid, that my skills are real, and that this dream doesn’t need to be rushed to be worthy. I’ll come back to this when I’m ready. For now, this is enough.

Where are you giving yourself permission to pause instead of pushing forward?

TL;DR:
This part of my journey is about naming a desire to help others through healing work, while also being honest about fear, self-doubt, and the need to build trust in myself before building a business.

This post is part of the Small Adjustments series, where I explore realistic, sustainable ways to care for my health, mindset, and life.
